Tom Rush is a singer, musician, performer, entertainer, storyteller, guitarist and songwriter. 2018 will see the release of his new album “Voices” on Appleseed Recordings. A very distinctive singer and guitarist, Tom Rush’s imprint on American music is substantial. It’s been said that Rush ushered in the era of the singer-songwriter. His recordings of songs written by the likes of James Taylor, Joni Mitchell and Jackson Browne created greater awareness of these artists work. Prominent recording artists such as James Taylor and Garth Brooks who both cited him as a primary influenced.
