Roy wrote some classic country songs, like “Charlie’s Shoes,” recorded by Billy Walker, and “Blue Lonely Winter,” recorded by Jimmy C. Newman. In fact, Ray Price, Bobby Bare, Jeannie Seely, Burl Ives, Skeeter Davis, they all recorded Roy Baham songs.

Diane’s brother, Jonathan Baham was also an artist and songwriter. Jonathan Baham or Johnny as he was called, was born in Bessemer, Alabama in 1951 and passed away in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2016.
