Kodac Harrison Interview and Performances are featured on The Paul Leslie Hour.
Are you here? Ahh, there’s a lot of you that are here. And what are you doing? You’re listening to The Paul Leslie Hour, of course.
We have something extra special for you today. This is undoubtedly the most in-depth interview Paul has ever done. He welcomed singer-songwriter – poet, spoken word artist and recording artist Kodac Harrison to come and give his entire story. The whole story… and to play music.
Kodac Harrison was described by Creative Loafing newspaper of Savannah, Georgia in this way: “Imagine a Southern Tom Waits or a rural Leonard Cohen. That’s as close as we can come to a nut-shell description of the music of Kodac Harrison, a genuinely gifted artist and one of the southeast’s musical treasures.” And to that we say, well stated!
Kodac Harrison was interviewed in great detail and also performed songs and spoken word poetry. This was recorded at Jordan Digital Studios and then broadcast over the radio in a 4-part special.
Today, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we present the entirety of what went down that evening all in one place. By the way, you can be a supporter of spoken word and patron of independent media by going right here. We thank all of you who help keep this show going. Whether it’s a buck or two or more, it makes the mission possible.
I see no reason to delay. Let’s hear the Kodac Harrison session. Now.
