There’s nothing like a voice on the radio that comes through like an old friend. I’m not talking about bravado and talk-up schtick. I’m talking about a regular guy on the radio. Larry Wachs is sure to go down in broadcasting history as an innovator in radio. The Regular Guys show was the biggest Atlanta morning radio show in history, airing from 1998 to 2013. These days Larry Wachs hosts “The Regular Guys Review,” a podcast chronicling the history of the radio show with commentary and lots of hilarious archival audio footage. It was great to check in with radio’s own Larry W-a-c-h-s. He’s right here on The Paul Leslie Hour.
