THE PAUL LESLIE HOUR WHAT I THINK Crowley, Ingraham & Coulter — Based, Bold, Blonde & Beautiful

Crowley, Ingraham & Coulter — Based, Bold, Blonde & Beautiful

Monica Crowley, Laura Ingraham, and Ann Coulter stand out as the boldest voices in political commentary, cutting through the noise with fearless authenticity. In this piece, I’ll share why these women top my list, with insights and endorsements from friends and colleagues.

There are many people I keep on my media radar, and maybe I consume a bit too much political commentary, but I like to watch, listen, read (and discuss) a number of people.

There are three women who shine the brightest in my estimation. Crowley, Ingraham, and Coulter the cream of the crop in a world full of facsimiles and trepidatious pundits who only masquerade as fearless.

Look no further than these based, blonde babes. They’re the best and I stand by my choices.

I’ve got a little help from my friends and colleagues and will be presenting my endorsements with quotes as well as a little audio and video.

Monica Crowley

Monica Crowley is multifaceted: an author, activist, public servant and columnist, born in Arizona, a red state by the way. Until the final episode dropped on December 12, 2024, she was the host of The Monica Crowley Podcast. Maybe her podcast will come back someday, but for now you can listen to the episodes wherever you get your podcasts.

I always considered her the kind of person who makes things happen no matter what.

Roger Stone calls Monica Crowley ‘persistent, resilient and indefatigable’

Roger Stone, political icon, known for Stone Cold Truth, amongst other things described Crowley this way in an exclusive statement:

“Monica Crowley is one of the most capable and insightful women I have ever worked with in the world of politics. Like our former boss Richard Nixon, Monica is persistent, resilient and indefatigable.”

So, in light of Stone’s comments, I’m pleased to say my instincts were correct.

John Paradise on Monica Crowley’s strength and clarity

I also had the chance to talk about Crowley with professional storyteller John Paradise. Here’s an excerpt from the John Paradise Tapes.

So, Monica Crowley.

“Monica Crowley is a very attractive woman, who I personally like. She’s the type of woman I would like to have by my side, but she was fortunate to become friends with two of the most maligned Presidents in U.S. history — unfairly maligned Presidents in U.S. history, who were both outsiders trying to go against the government status quo, the bureaucracy that got so big that it turned into the deep state. She became a friend and supporter of theirs.

She was aware in the case of Trump of what was going on with deep state power, which is the unelected bureaucracy that stays in place across elections and I think she was able to advise him on how to handle them.

What do you think about Monica Crowley as a communicator, as a broadcast personality?

“She would communicate in a very natural way. She’s able to say very important things without bombast, without like banging the table. She’s very calming to listen to, even when she’s talking about very important things that could threaten our lives.

Very clear.

…you know, threaten our form of government. Yeah, she’s very clear. She’s also very sweet. She has a feminine way about her, while still being strong and emphatic about the realities that need to be addressed by someone, a President who would want to change the way things have gone wrong.

Yeah.

Thank you, John.

Monica Crowley’s influence and her new chapter

Monica Elizabeth Crowley is intriguing. She doesn’t reveal much about her personal life, like if she’s ever been married. I respect that. I want to echo Paradise’s points about Crowley the communicator. She’s so clear, and has distinct delivery. She sounds crisp. Like a carrot stick.

It was always a pleasure to listen to Crowley’s podcast, and I know I’m not alone. One guy dropped me an message saying he would listen to Monica Crowley and Megyn Kelly’s podcasts and managed to lose 50 pounds in the process.

Yeah. Monica’s podcast was nice and long. I guess in order to keep our steps up, we’ll have to find another podcast to fill the void.

December 4, 2024 was the day then President-elect Donald J. Trump announced Monica Crowley’s nomination as Ambassador, Assistant Secretary of State, and Chief of Protocol.

Congratulations, ma’am!

Laura Ingraham

That takes us to Laura Ingraham, the conservative television commentator from Connecticut.

I’ll confess that I don’t watch much Fox News. Most of it’s a little weak. However, there’s someone who I won’t miss. Ingraham.

She was sensational on the nationally syndicated radio show The Laura Ingraham Show, and is now the absolute best thing on the Fox channel. Laura Anne Ingraham is classy, feminine and sharp.

There are plenty of wimps over at Fox, but not the majestic Laura Ingraham.

A.J. Rice on Laura Ingraham’s legacy and mentorship

A.J. Rice is an über publicist and CEO of Publius PR who makes a lot of things happen, and has even made many dreams come true, including for people like me. He was the second longest-serving Executive Producer of her radio show, from 2005 to 2009 or 2010.

To this observer, Ingraham & Rice almost seem like family when A.J. drops in. Here’s what A.J. Rice had to say about Laura Ingraham.

“Ingraham is one of the greatest media, political and legal mentors anyone can have. Clarence Thomas was one of her mentors, a hardscrabble genius who came from near nothing in the South, Ingraham daughter of working class New Englanders and Rice, son of a former West Virginia coal miner who became a lawyer. It is a through line of talent teaching talent to fulfill the American Dream.”

It’s true. Ingraham makes an impression, although she’s also inspired people.

Summer Lane on how Laura Ingraham inspired her

Summer Lane, editor of Write Revolution News made an official statement to The Paul Leslie Hour.

“Growing up, there were a few voices in ‘conservative media’ who gave me a firm idea about the type of communicator I wanted to be. Rush Limbaugh was certainly my first role model in that area.

I remember, very clearly, at just six years old, recording my own ‘radio show’ on a cassette tape and pretending to pontificate about the state of 90s politics and the latest White House drama. Rush introduced me to politics, but people like Laura Ingraham showed me that a woman could be successful on air, too, and that was perhaps the best inspiration of all.

I appreciate her no-nonsense commentary over the years and I think she is a great example of a classy, common-sense communicator in a largely male-dominated world of vicious news.”

Laura Ingraham: a powerhouse in cable news

That’s the thing about Ingraham. She brings it all home with great economy of words, and she’s no stranger to controversy, but the left and legacy media hate her most of all for being right — in both meanings of the word.

The Ingraham Angle averages more than 3 million viewers. She’s the most watched woman host in cable news history. She’s on at 7PM Eastern every weeknight. It’s the third highest rated television news show.

A real highlight is when she and Raymond Arroyo share the screen. Side note, I highly recommend Raymond’s new podcast Arroyo Grande which although new has already featured Mel Gibson, Gary Sinise, John Rich and Lauren Daigle.

Just like Crowley, Ingraham’s personal life is kept mysterious. She’s adopted three children, and started life as a Baptist and ended up Catholic. Whether on the page or the tube, Laura lights it up. If you only watch one opinion-oriented news TV show, it’s gotta be The Ingraham Angle, which is on schedule to hit 2,000 episodes.

Ann Coulter

Last, but by no means least, we come to Ann Coulter. I’ve known of her from youth. Would you believe I can recall the first time I heard her voice? She was on the phone with Rush Limbaugh, God rest his soul, on his iconic radio show. She mentioned that she was in her unmentionables, after being introduced and talked up by Rush.

Maybe she was trying to break the ice. Rush said something just a little spicy, and I made a mental note of this Coulter. She’s been a constant ever since.

She’s about as entertaining and provocative as they come. Is she ever dull? Not a chance. Never that I witnessed.

There may be a number of people who try to brand themselves as “I say what I think” types, but they all pale in comparison to the Coulter. She’s not just opinionated, she’s funny in a way that few can be.

All of this is perhaps why she surpassed her role of political writer and became a cult figure.

Ann Coulter: legendary and unapologetically herself

A recommended follow on X is @Anntensity — follow that one. It’s a like a fan page where you can see tons of videos and pictures, and up to the minute news about the New York City-born Ann Hart Coulter with a total of 13 New York Times bestselling books to her name.

The person who operates the account laid this on me:

“Ann Coulter is the most down-to-earth legendary person in America. I would tell you how nice she is but I don’t want to mess up her reputation.”

Legendary indeed.

Wyatt Torosian on Ann Coulter’s fearless influence

Our good friend Wyatt Torosian summarized the appeal of Ann and even told us of his personal encounter with her. Here’s Wyatt.

“Ann Coulter was the first person I ever read who told the truth about American history – and she was funny! My introduction was Treason – which added an asterisk to so much I’d learned in history class.

While other pundits came and went, Coulter stuck to her guns. Rewatch her interviews – she made the media look biased and foolish, revealing the emperor’s new clothes.

The two largest influences on my young mind were Ann Coulter and Andrew Breitbart – I had the privilege of meeting both – and when Ann told me law school was a waste of time and to go into Hollywood instead – I listened.”

Robert McCready on the fearless and fascinating Ann Coulter

And our pal Robert McCready, a Muumuu House author gave us this exclusive video. He reveals the whole Ann mystique.

“I like Ann Coulter because she says brave things. She says things that you’ve never heard before. She says things that breaks your mind open. Like when she referred to Christians as perfected Jews, or she referred to herself as Native American because this nation is a nation of settlers, not a nation of immigrants.

She says brave things like when she endorsed Donald Trump before anyone else did and they laughed at her at Bill Maher’s show. She endorsed him based on her research and her statistics about immigration and how well people did who ran on immigration.

I like Ann Coulter because she’s funny. She’s pretty. She’s charming. You never expect her to say things coming out of a hundred pound body like that. She uses the elliptical. She is a star. She’s a celebrity. She has a ton of famous friends, and if the world were different she’d be on late night talk shows every night killing ratings.”

Kind of says it all, doesn’t it?

Ann Coulter stays bold with her writing and podcast

As far as we know, Ann Coulter has never been married and doesn’t have children. It’s been said that she’s a Presbyterian and Ann told interviewer Lisa De Pasquale that “Christianity fuels everything she writes.”

Ann Coulter keeps pretty busy with her Substack, the Ann News Network that’s A.N.N.

But, what you don’t want to miss is her unbelievable podcast Unsafe

What do you get when you listen to it? A great, entertaining ride. It won’t feel tepid for even 10 seconds. Mostly you’ll get her hot takes, but she also does A+ interviews with everyone from Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to Enrique Tarrio of Proud Boys fame.

Ann keeps it real.

Crowley, Ingraham and Coulter

So, these are the female political commentators most on my radar. Coincidentally, all are blonde, thin, and have kept their marital status a secret. Even pointing this out is sure to offend someone in our overly sensitive world. Thank, God.

What can we learn? I guess that it’s smart to stay in shape, keep some mystery about your personal life, and not worry about offending people who have clearly demonstrated nothing, but disdain for America and the people of this country.

I sure appreciate you listening to the very end. Let me know which of these women you like to listen to the most, or maybe she isn’t on this list. Until next time.
